Conversation Facilitator – Part Time
A Merrywinkle Facilitator fulfills the role of Mrs. Merrywinkle’s trusted assistant, a person of boundless talent for enabling extraordinary conversation. Facilitators are provided with background on each participant, and various conversation topics are suggested for creating connections between the current participant group. A facilitator uses the system provided data as input for catalyzing and guiding participant conversation.
No prior professional experience is needed, however keen social skills are mandatory. Active listening, empathy, creative verbalization, strong English language skills, and a professional speaking voice are essential.
The US-based position is staffed remotely using a cloud-based conferencing platform for managing group and conversation dynamics. A reliable internet connection is required. All candidates receive thorough training and careful mentoring. Compensation is based on actual hours worked. All candidates must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship will be provided.
Facilitator Lead – Full Time
A Merrywinkle Lead Facilitator fulfills the role of mentor, guide and support for their team of Conversation Facilitators. The best lead facilitators build a culture of individual empowerment through their service to their team and Merrywinkle participants.
Facilitator Leads use Merrywinkle AI to provide feedback on the effectiveness of their team’s participant conversations. They assess and address any areas of improvement needed for maximizing conversation effectiveness. Strong skills in active listening, empathy, creative verbalization, English language, and a professional speaking voice are required.
